EURALILLE

Started in 1988 by the Prime Minister, Pierre Mauroy, Euralille has helped Lille to become one of the major European cities. The architects Rem Koolhaas, Jean Nouvel, and Christian de Portzamparc were invited to start the project. Twenty years later, the 3rd phase of Euralille has started.
